Playability

High Stakes Games
As with most online backgammon rooms the stakes available vary considerably depending on the time you log in. BGroom has some very large stakes players but you need to find them and be online when they are. Their rating system really helps identify the bigger players but it is hit and miss when they will be available.
Commission/Rake
In Single games rake is a 3.9% flat rate and in Match Games it works out as follows:
Up to 3 points the rake will be 4.9% in a match.
Then for 4-7 points the rake will increase by extra 0.5%.
Another increase of 0.5% will be added for games with 8-12 points.
For a game with 13-17 points the rake will also increase by another 0.5%.
Finally a further increase of 0.5% will be added on games with 18-21 points.
Example: For a 4-7 point game the rake will be 5.4%
Easy Opposition
