How does it work?

Winners are considered by the amount wagered. Top 66 wagering players will be considered winners.
Prize positions:

2nd - $200
3rd - $100
The remaining 66 winners will receive $20.
Prizes have to be wagered 5x and have a maximum cashout of 1x. For example: Winner No 1 has to wager 500x5= $2,500 and the max cashout is $500.
